Employment contract: full time, determined on SHIFTS.<\/p>\n

The resources employed will be in charge of packaging in the production line of industrial bakery products (bread, pizza, focaccia).<\/p>\n

The following is required:<\/p>\n

Aptitude and propensity to work in the production department of a food company, scrupulously following health and hygiene regulations.
\nMaximum hourly flexibility (continuous cycle)
\nManual dexterity and speed
\nAccuracy
\nPreferable previous experience in the job (from a pastry shop, bakery, etc.).
\nCERTIFICATES: High-risk safety \/ possession of HACCP appreciated<\/p>\n

The recruited resources will be in charge of following the bread-making process in all its phases:
\n– Select, weigh and dose the ingredients to prepare the dough;
\n– Supervise the workings of the kneading machines;
\n– Shaping doughs by hand or using moulds;
\n– Shaping and processing dough using automatic and manual equipment;
\n– Controlling leavening and related baking of the product.<\/p>\n

We are looking for a MAINTENANCE MANAGER for our Cadoneghe plant, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.<\/p>\n

Working hours: full time on shifts.<\/p>\n

The inserted resource will be in charge of:<\/p>\n

– Ordinary, preventive and extraordinary maintenance operations on machinery and plants;
\n– Maintaining and restoring machine operation, preventing faults and anomalies, improving the performance of machinery and plant in general;
\n– Periodic maintenance of machinery\/plants\/production lines;
\n– First diagnosis of machinery in the event of downtime or malfunctioning;
\n– Identifying which components are faulty, carrying out repair\/replacement, giving reasons for the fault, suggesting improvement actions if any;
\n– Record the technical data relating to the interventions carried out on specific reports.<\/p>\n

Required:<\/p>\n

Previous experience in the role (at least 3 years), in production companies,
\nTRAINING: Professional mechanical or electromechanical technical diploma.
\nKnowledge of automatic machines;
\nKnowledge of the main computer applications (Office package);
\nAbility to work in a team.
\nFlexibility in terms of working hours: Availability to work during the day and\/or in three shifts (including night shifts). Availability for night and weekend on-call.
