The AFR The LAB team is mainly composed by young professionals under 30, with specializations in food technologies, process engineering and modern confectionery. Their fresh vision merges every day with the experience of the master bakers of the AFR Group, in a synergy generating true innovation.

We offer advanced training courses for our team and customers, supporting them in the correct and conscious use of products. We don’t just provide food: we transmit knowledge and concrete support.
